Those of you who are not finished with your letter to one of the characters in Bully, finish that today. You will not get any more time for that. You hand in what you have written after today's lesson.

On Thursday you are going to continue watching the movie Bully. If you have not seen the beginning of the movie you can go in to På Riktigt and watch the first 41 minutes to be prepared for Thursday.
First we are going to have a homework test on Words about appearance.
After that we are going to practise our writing skills by writing a letter to our future self. To get started we are going to listen to a song by Alessia Cara called Scars to your beautiful and after that we are going to look at a video clip by Kim Kardashian where she writes a letter to her future self.
After that you will look at some links to help you write a letter properly.
Since I am away correcting National Exams today Christian will be your teacher. We will not work with the new theme Beauty and Body image you are going to go to Digilär and work with Theme of the Month. This time you are going to learn more about something we talked a little about when we worked with the USA, St Patrick's Day.
Go to Digilär go down to Library and choose Theme of the Month.
Start reading or listening to the text called A Green Day
Make sure you understand the text. Look up the yellow words.
Do exercises, four of them Find the facts, Match the words, Guess the green thing and Find the Answers. Hand in your answers on Digilär.
If you are finished, go to Quizlet and practise on your homework for Friday (we will move it to Friday because I am gone today). Homework test tomorrow.
Then we are going to practise the words from the two articles we read (or I read) yesterday. We will do this on Quizlet. Then we will play Quizlet live.

When we are done there will be a Quizizz to see if you have learnt anything new.
After that we will start looking at opinion phrases and you will also write down some discussion questions that you are going to talk about in groups. The opinion phrases are also your homework for Friday week 49.
Hello, tomorrow you are going to do a reading comprehension and a writing test on the English lesson. The text you will read is about a girl in Los Angeles. She talks about her school and her school day. Your job is to read it and answer questions in English. After you have finished reading you will write a text where you compare the schools in Sweden to the schools in the USA. To prepare yourself you can go in to På Riktigt and look at what you wrote today about this and also look at the video clips again or read the texts again.

Hello, today we continue our work with the USA. But first we are going to watch a video clip from BBC where young people are talking about the election in the USA and what they think about Trump's victory. If you for some reason cannot be on the English class tomorrow morning you can watch the clip here.
After that you will work with the school system in the USA. You are going to compare Swedish schools to American schools in groups created by me and hand in your answers on På Riktigt.
